§ 12-25.1-7 Statute of limitations. –Notwithstanding any inconsistent provision of the general or public laws withrespect to the timely bringing of an action, all claims brought against thecriminal royalties fund shall be brought within three (3) years of accrual orthree (3) years of the last payment to or recovery by the general treasurer offunds or other compensation attributable to the criminally responsible person,whichever is later.
