SECTION 12-25-29

   § 12-25-29  Use of funds to inform victimsof their rights. – There is appropriated to the annual budget of the administrative office of thestate courts fifteen percent (15%) of the fund collected annually under §12-25-28, not to exceed fifty thousand dollars ($50,000), to be used at thedirection of the chief justice of the supreme court for the purpose ofinforming the victims of crime of their rights established by chapter 28 ofthis title and assisting victims in the exercise of these rights. In addition,the treasurer and administrator shall seek to inform victims of violent crimeof this chapter using every available means at their disposal.
