SECTION 12-3-6

   § 12-3-6  Act within state resulting indeath outside state. – If a mortal wound is given, or if other violence or injury is inflicted, or ifpoison is administered, within this state, as a result of which death ensuesoutside this state, the homicide shall be prosecuted and punished at thelocation of the superior court as the presiding justice may by order designate.
