SECTION 12-30-9

   § 12-30-9  Monitoring. – The witness protection review board shall examine the status of each caseinvolving a protected criminal witness at three (3) month intervals. Any changein the terms of confinement of the witness must be reported to the board withinfive (5) days of its occurrence.
