SECTION 12-5-3.14

   § 12-5-3.14  Complaint for issuance ofsearch warrant – Medicaid Fraud Control Unit. – In addition to those persons specified in § 12-5-3(a)(1), the director ofinvestigations of the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of the department of attorneygeneral is authorized to sign written complaints, under oath, for the issuanceof search warrants.
