SECTION 12-9-20

   § 12-9-20  Failure to arrest on governor'swarrant within time specified. – If the accused is not arrested under warrant of the governor by the expirationof the time specified in the warrant or bond, a judge may discharge the accusedor may recommit him or her for a further period not to exceed sixty (60) days,or a judge may again take bail for his or her appearance and surrender, asprovided in § 12-9-19, but within a period not to exceed sixty (60) daysafter the date of the new bond.
