SECTION 12-9-7

   § 12-9-7  Surrender of person who leftdemanding state involuntarily. – The governor of this state may also surrender on demand of the executiveauthority of any other state any person in this state who is charged in themanner provided in § 12-9-4 with having violated the laws of the statewhose executive authority is making the demand, even though the person left thedemanding state involuntarily.
