SECTION 13-12-3

   § 13-12-3  Treatment of prisoners. –Unless otherwise specifically provided in the contract, a person committedpursuant to § 13-12-1 shall be subject to all the provisions of law andregulations applicable to persons committed for violations of law of the UnitedStates not inconsistent with the sentence imposed.
