SECTION 13-8-16.1

   § 13-8-16.1  Terms of parole – Certaindrug offenses. – Every person who shall be placed on parole for a violation of any section ofchapter 28 of title 21 prohibiting the unlawful sale, distribution,manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture, sell,distribute, or deliver any controlled substance classified in Schedule I or IIin chapter 28 of title 21, or possession of a controlled substance classifiedin Schedule I or II in chapter 28 of title 21, shall, as a condition of parole,be required to, at his or her own expense, submit to drug testing in accordancewith the standards and procedures of the department of health, not less thanonce per month.
