SECTION 13-8-24

   § 13-8-24  Case reports to director ofcorrections. – The parole board shall prepare a report for each application approved, denied,or continued, containing: (1) a summary of the facts and considerations onwhich the decision was based; (2) the majority decision of the board, includingany special conditions to be required of the parolee; and (3) the dissent, ifany, and the reasons for that dissent; and signed by the members of the board.Copies of those reports shall be sent to the director of corrections.
