SECTION 15-11.1-10

§ 15-11.1-10 Rules and regulations. –The department of human services is authorized and directed to promulgate rulesand regulations that it deems necessary to implement the provisions andpurposes of this chapter; provided, that any rule or regulation affecting theduties and responsibilities of the family court shall be made with theconcurrence of the chief judge of the family court.
