§ 15-11.1-5 Automatic stay pendingcompliance hearing. – If an obligor requests a timely hearing to contest the issue of compliance inaccordance with § 15-11.1-4, the department may not certify the name ofthe obligor to a board for noncompliance with a court order of support untilthe department receives a decision or order of the family court that finds theobligor is not in compliance with a court order of support.
