SECTION 16-11.4-5

   § 16-11.4-5  Conformance with theAdministrative Procedures Act. – Pursuant to § 16-60-10, the board of regents of elementary and secondaryeducation shall conform to the rulemaking requirements of the AdministrativeProcedures Act, chapter 35 of title 42, in implementing this chapter.
