§ 16-21.5-5 Definition of elementary andhigh school students. – For the purposes of this chapter, "elementary school pupils" are the pupils whoare enrolled in kindergarten or any grades 1 to 8, inclusive. "High schoolpupils" are the pupils who are enrolled in any grades 9 to 12, inclusive.
