§ 16-21-28.4 Immunity for those usingglucagon. – No school teacher, school administrator, school health care personnel, personemployed on behalf of the school, any other school personnel, nor any localeducational authority shall be liable for civil damages which may result fromacts or omissions in use of glucagon which may constitute ordinary negligence.This immunity does nor apply to acts or omissions constituting gross negligenceor willful or wanton conduct.
