§ 16-3-21 Payments by members. – The town or city treasurer of each town or city of the regional school districtshall forward to the regional school district treasurer on July 1, October 1,January 1, and April 1 one-fourth (1/4) of the amount due for the operation ofthe regional school district for the fiscal year beginning July 1 from eachtown or city or parts thereof comprising the regional school district.
