SECTION 16-33-4

   § 16-33-4  Students paying tuition. –The board of governors for higher education may admit to the classes of thecollege persons not intending to teach in the public schools of the state uponthe payment by them of any tuition fees as may be determined by the board. Theboard shall make, each term, a return to the general treasurer of all moneyreceived by it in pursuance of this authority.
