§ 16-45-2 Curriculum – Certificates.– The board of regents for elementary and secondary education may authorize theregistration of students in the regional vocational schools, arrange thecurriculum, and at the completion of a course or courses issue a certificatestating that the student has completed the course and achieved proficiency inthe course.
