§ 16-45-3 Evaluation for futureprogramming. – The board of regents for elementary and secondary education shall begin aninvestigation and upon its findings shall from time to time review and evaluatethe specific vocational needs of the entire state. It shall annually report theevaluation to the governor and the general assembly and make recommendationsfor future programming of courses and facilities for vocational andtechnological training.
