SECTION 16-45-4.1

   § 16-45-4.1  Regional special programs.– (a) Each city and town may contract with the William E. Davies, Jr.vocational-technical high school to establish and operate programs for specialpopulations including students with disabilities and potential school dropouts.

   (b) When these programs are operated by the William E.Davies, Jr. vocational-technical high school, each participating city or townshall be assessed for the cost of the program in the proportion that theirenrollment bears to the total enrollment in the program. These assessmentsshall be deposited as general revenues.
