SECTION 16-7-32

§ 16-7-32 Annual review of expenditures.– The commissioner of elementary and secondary education shall annually reviewactual expenditures in each school year and in case any community fails toadequately support the programs shared by the state, as provided in§§ 16-7-15 to 16-7-34, the commissioner shall inquire into the causeor causes of this failure of the community to adequately support the programsshared by the state.
