§ 16-7-42 Other aid for school housingprojects – Effect. – In the computations of §§ 16-7-35 – 16-7-47, only that portionof the cost of school housing projects for which no aid has been received fromthe federal government under the provision of any present or subsequent federallegislation shall be used. In the computations of §§ 16-7-35 –16-7-47, the cost of a school housing project shall be reduced by the amount offederal aid and other private and public funding that is applied to the project.
