SECTION 17-12.1-15

   § 17-12.1-15  Political party rules. –The state chairperson of each political party shall, on or before the first ofJanuary of each year a primary is to be held pursuant to this chapter, filewith the secretary of state a certified copy of the complete rules of thepolitical party including, but not limited to, the delegate selection rules anddelegate procedure for the national convention of the political party.
