SECTION 17-12-9.1

   § 17-12-9.1  Members of ward committees forthe city of East Providence. – The chairperson of the East Providence city committee for each political partyshall appoint the members of a ward committee for each of the several wards ofthe city of East Providence. These appointed ward committee members shall holdoffice until their successors shall have been duly elected, qualified, andorganized.
