SECTION 17-14-12.1

§ 17-14-12.1 Certification by localboards. – All certified lists of candidates for primary, regular, and special elections,as well as all local questions to be voted on at these elections shall be infinal form when certified to the secretary of state by the local boards. In allinstances where there needs to be a reprinting, remailing, or other procedurepertaining to the ballots for a community, except as provided in §17-14-17, the cost of the reprinting, remailing, or other procedure shall beborne by the local community.
