§ 17-19-2 Voting equipment. – Subject to the provisions of this chapter, voting equipment which has beenprocured by the department of administration according to the provisions ofthis chapter shall be used in all state, city, or town elections, includingelections at which amendments to the Constitution of the state are submitted tothe electors for approval.
