SECTION 17-19-48

§ 17-19-48 Posting of original voterregistration records. – Following the return of the certified voting lists to the local boards, eachboard shall cause the original registration records to reflect the appropriatevoting facts from the immediately preceding election and shall also post theappropriate voting facts set forth in the list of absentee voters furnished bythe state board pursuant to the requirements of chapter 22 of this titlefollowing the counting, canvassing, and tabulation of votes cast pursuant tochapter 20 of this title. The state board, by regulation, shall providedirection to local boards in the recording of voting facts and information.
