SECTION 17-25-30.1

§ 17-25-30.1 Community antenna television– Rules and regulations. – The administrator for the division of public utilities for the state of RhodeIsland shall formulate rules and regulations concerning the allocation ofadvertising time to be used by those candidates for public office who areeligible to receive public funds and who comply in full with all eligiblecriteria for receipt of the funds.
