SECTION 17-25-7.3

   § 17-25-7.3  Testimonial proceeds intendedfor personal use prohibited. – It is unlawful for any candidate for public office, as defined in §17-25-3, or any elected public office holder to accept the proceeds of anytestimonial, as defined in § 17-25-3, for personal use, as defined in§ 17-25-7.2, which were received after April 29, 1992. Nothing in thissection shall be construed to prohibit the use of testimonials for the lawfulpurpose of raising campaign funds.
