SECTION 17-9.1-15

   § 17-9.1-15  Registration records public.– (a) Except as otherwise provided in § 17-9.1-6, the original and anyduplicate registration cards shall be public records and shall be open topublic inspection and copying at all reasonable times.

   (b) Except where confidentiality is otherwise required underother provisions of this title, all other records concerning the implementationof programs and activities conducted for the purpose of ensuring the accuracyand currency of official lists of eligible voters, and the registration listsprepared pursuant to § 17-9.1-21, shall also be deemed public records.
