SECTION 18-13-8

§ 18-13-8 General powers of custodialtrustee. – (a) A custodial trustee, acting in a fiduciary capacity, has all the rights andpowers over custodial trust property which an unmarried adult owner has overindividually owned property, but a custodial trustee may only exercise thoserights and powers in a fiduciary capacity.

(b) This section does not relieve a custodial trustee fromliability for a violation of § 18-13-7.
