SECTION 18-3-9

   § 18-3-9  Acts performed before notice ofrevocation of power. – Notwithstanding the revocation of any power of attorney, whether by act of thedonor of the power or by operation of law, any act done or instrument executedby the donee of the power shall be as valid and effectual in favor of anyperson dealing with the donee as if the power of attorney had remainedunrevoked at the time when the act was done or the instrument was executed,unless the person dealing with the act or instrument had at that time actualnotice of the revocation of the power of attorney.
