SECTION 18-9-10

   § 18-9-10  Notice to attend ininvestigations. – Whenever the attorney general may require the attendance of any person, agent,trustee, fiduciary, beneficiary, institution, association, or corporation asprovided in § 18-9-9, the attorney general shall issue a notice settingthe time and place when the attendance is required and shall cause the noticeto be delivered or sent by registered or certified mail to the person, agent,trustee, fiduciary, beneficiary, institution, association, or corporation atleast fourteen (14) days before the date fixed in the notice for the attendance.
