SECTION 18-9-2

§ 18-9-2 Administrator of charitabletrusts. – The executive and administrative head of the division of charitable trustsshall be the administrator of charitable trusts. The administrator shall beappointed by the attorney general and shall hold office at the attorneygeneral's pleasure. The administrator shall be qualified by training andexperience to perform the duties of the administrator's office and shallreceive any salary, not exceeding six thousand dollars ($6,000) annually, thatthe governor may determine.
