SECTION 19-14-17

   § 19-14-17  Contracts unimpaired byrevocation, suspension, or surrender of license. – Any revocation, suspension or surrender of a license shall not impair or affectthe obligation of any preexisting lawful contract between the licensee and anycustomer.
