SECTION 19-14-20

   § 19-14-20  Books, accounts, and records.– (a) The licensee shall keep and use any books, accounts, and records, which maybe maintained by optical imaging, as will enable the director or the director'sdesignee to determine whether the licensee is complying with the provisions ofthis title and with the rules and regulations lawfully made by the director orthe director's designee.

   (b) If the licensee maintains its records outside of thestate of Rhode Island, the licensee shall be responsible for all reasonablecosts and expenses incurred by the examining personnel to examine such records.
