SECTION 19-14-28

   § 19-14-28  Appeal from director. –Any applicant or licensee aggrieved by an action of the director or thedirector's designee in denying an application for a license or in revoking orsuspending a license, or by any order or decision of the director or thedirector's designee, shall have the right to appeal the action, order, ordecision pursuant to chapter 35 of title 42.
