§ 19-3.1-10 Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or the application of this chapter to anyperson or circumstances is held invalid or unconstitutional, the invalidity orunconstitutionality shall not affect other provisions or applications of thischapter which can be given effect without the invalid or unconstitutionalprovision or application, and to this end the provisions of this chapter aredeclared to be severable.
