§ 19-3-10 Membership in federal home loanbanks. – Any financial institution, including a credit union, may become a member of afederal home loan bank organized pursuant to the provisions of the Federal HomeLoan Bank Act, 12 U.S.C. § 1421 et seq., and may subscribe to the stock ofany federal loan bank and invest therein.
