§ 19-8-1 Definitions. – For the purposes of this chapter the terms:
(1) "Control" shall have the meaning set forth in the BankHolding Company Act of 1956, 12 U.S.C. § 1841 et seq.
(2) "Regulated institution" shall also include a Rhode Islandbank holding company.
