SECTION 2-13-7

§ 2-13-7 Forest fire plan. – The commission shall formulate and put into effect a forest fire plan andintegrate the forest fire plan with the regional plan recommended by thecompact commission. The plan shall include a reasonable effort to establish andmaintain any adequate forest fire fighting services that are consistent withthe requirements of the state and to make available those services to othersignatory states consonant with maintaining reasonably safe protection to thisstate at all times.
