SECTION 2-17-15

   § 2-17-15  Obstruction – Violations.– Any person who willfully resists or obstructs any official or agent appointedby the director of environmental management while lawfully engaged in theexecution of the purposes of §§ 2-17-9 – 2-17-16 or who violatesthe provisions of § 2-17-14, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, andupon conviction shall be fined not exceeding twenty-five dollars ($25.00) foreach offense.
