§ 2-18.1-8 What nursery stock may beoffered for sale. – Only certified nursery stock, stored or displayed under conditions which willmaintain its vigor shall be offered for sale. Offering for sale of dead nurserystock or of stock so seriously weakened by drying, excessive heat or cold orany other condition that makes it unable to grow satisfactorily when givenreasonable care is deemed a violation of the provisions of this chapter.
