SECTION 2-20-23

   § 2-20-23  Fees retained by surveyor.– There shall be paid to the surveyor, of the fees provided for in this chapter,for his or her own use, three cents (3¢) on every one thousand feet(1,000') of pine, spruce, hemlock and juniper boards, planks, joists and sawedtimber, four cents (4¢) on every ton of oak and other ship timber, sixcents (6¢) on every one thousand feet (1,000') board measure of mahogany,cedar and other ornamental lumber, ash, maple, birch and other hard wood.
