SECTION 2-20-33

§ 2-20-33 Fees on reinspection. – If, upon a reinspection pursuant to § 2-30-32, an error is found in thesurvey above the amount of five dollars ($5.00), the person who surveyed thelumber shall receive no compensation for his or her services, and shall befined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than twenty dollars ($20.00)and the surveyor and his or her deputy or deputies in other cases shall receivefor their compensation twenty-five cents (25¢) per one thousand feet(1,000'), to be paid by the purchaser.
