   § 2-21-11  Rules for administration ofagricultural liming material. – The director, after reasonable notice and a hearing, is empowered to promulgateand enforce rules and regulations for the administration of this chapter and togrant exemptions from specific requirements of this chapter as, from time totime, may be deemed necessary.
