SECTION 2-22-14

   § 2-22-14  Constitutionality. – If any clause, sentence, paragraph, or part of this chapter is for any reasonjudged invalid by any court of competent jurisdiction, that judgment shall notaffect, impair or invalidate the remainder of this chapter but shall beconfined in its operation to the clause, sentence, paragraph or part of thischapter directly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall havebeen rendered.
