SECTION 2-4-14

   § 2-4-14  Public property lawsinapplicable. – No provisions with respect to the acquisition, operation, or disposition ofproperty by other public bodies are applicable to a district organized underthe provisions of this chapter unless the legislature shall specifically sostate.
