SECTION 20-14-3

   § 20-14-3  Species not protected. –Sections 20-14-1 and 20-14-2 shall not be construed to apply to the killing ordestruction of nests or eggs of English or European house sparrows (Passerdomesticus), or European starlings (Sternus vulgaris).
