SECTION 20-15-8

   § 20-15-8  Report of killing or wounding.– Any person who wounds or kills a deer shall make a written report stating thefacts relative to the wounding or killing, signed by him or her, to be sent orsubmitted within twenty-four (24) hours to the department.
